Important Note: Participants who require a visa to attend the conference may obtain an official Invitation Letter through the online registration system.
Please proceed as quickly as possible in order to ensure obtaining visa in time.

Important Note #2: all accepted papers must be covered by (at least) one full registration, at a non-student rate, before October 21^st ; a registration cover one single paper.

Each accepted paper must be "covered" by one regular (non-student) registration in the name of one of the authors (paper ID will be required during registration). Presenting authors must register before October 21st, 2026.
