Visa Support Information

Participants who require a visa to attend the conference may obtain an official Invitation Letter through the online registration system. The Invitation Letter will be generated automatically after the registration process has been completed.
Please note that the conference organizers can provide only an Invitation Letter confirming conference participation. No additional supporting documents will be issued, including but not limited to letters of guarantee, sponsorship letters, financial guarantees, certificates of accommodation, or any other documents related to visa sponsorship or immigration procedures.

The Invitation Letter is provided solely for the purpose of supporting a visa application and does not constitute any form of sponsorship, financial support, guarantee, or legal responsibility on the part of the conference organizers.

The conference organizers do not act as visa sponsors, guarantors, or hosts for immigration purposes and cannot assume responsibility for the outcome of any visa application or for entry into the host country.

Applicants are solely responsible for preparing and submitting all documents required by the relevant embassy or consulate and for complying with applicable visa regulations.
